• Payment data — checkout is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Anonymous identifier — a random cookie used to grant your first free story and measure engagement before you create an account.
• Usage analytics — page views, scroll depth, unlock events, and similar interaction data sent to our analytics pipeline. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic sources and page performance.
• Contact form data — name, email, and message content when you reach out via the contact page.

3. How we use your information

• Deliver story content and verify purchase or subscription access.
• Improve story ranking, feed quality, and platform performance.
• Respond to support and contact requests.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for anonymous identity and signed-in sessions. Analytics cookies help us understand which stories resonate. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; core reading features may still work with reduced personalization.

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database, KV storage, and Analytics Engine). We apply industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and restrict admin access with authentication.

We do not sell your personal information. Infrastructure providers (Cloudflare), authentication (Google), payments (Stripe), and analytics providers (Google Analytics) process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@supershortnovel.com with your request and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

SuperShort Novel is intended for readers aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
